This Privacy Policy applies to the Vycera app for iPhone ("Application"), developed by Robin Mathew ("Service Provider").

Summary

Vycera is designed to be private by default. All health data you enter or sync from Apple Health is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal or health data.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. Vycera does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any identifying information to use the Application.

All data you log within Vycera — including blood glucose readings, weight, height, HbA1c values, and metabolic scores — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage framework. This data is never transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, Vycera may read health data from Apple Health (HealthKit), including blood glucose, body weight, height, and BMI. This data is:

Vycera does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Children's Privacy

Vycera is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption. The Service Provider does not have access to your data and therefore cannot be responsible for unauthorized access to data stored on your device.
